Run to the Freezer and use the keycard to enter. Return to the room where you turned the power on and switch it to the Freezer area. Use your knife to quickly break the Regenerador's grabs. This monster can't be killed with the equipment you have, so evade it for now. As you approach the door to the Dissection Lab, you'll be attacked by a Regenerador.
